Wine and Cheese Pairing with the Grater Good

Join us for a special wine and cheese pairing led by local dairy farmer, The Grater Good, and our Viticulturist, Isaac Savaryn!

Enjoy a personalized cheese class featuring cheeses paired with 6 Sovereign Estate wines. The Grater Good will cover topics such as farming, the cheese making process, and of course the story behind each cheese as Isaac explains how our award-winning wines create the perfect pairing. Classes are fun and interactive with take home information on the cheese and wine.

We will be offering three one hour classes with different themes (February 3rd is the only class available):

January 12th (SOLD OUT!): Signature Wine Pairing with cheese.

February 2nd (SOLD OUT!): Valentine’s Day Wine Pairing with chocolate and cheese. The perfect date night with your loved one!

February 3rd (SOLD OUT!): Valentine’s Day Wine Pairing with chocolate and cheese. The perfect date night with your loved one!

Classes are $50 per person and include five/six cheeses paired with six Sovereign Estate wines and handouts with information about each cheese and wine.Guests are welcome to stay after class to ask questions, buy wine or cheese, order a glass of wine, or eat from our bistro. We will be offering a discount on all wine tasted during your pairing.
