Wine Paired Dinners are $140 + Tax per person
Reservations are made through our restaurant reservation site TableIn, and require a credit card to hold your ticket. To make a booking, click on the date that you require. Space is limited. Guests must be 21+
Cancellations & no shows: We reserve the right to charge your credit card for the full ticketed amount in the event of a no-show or a cancellation within 72 hours of the dinner.
Summer Wine and Dine Series
Chef Jo Seddon and winemaker Ben Banks present two fabulous evenings of gastronomical delights! Fine Italian cuisine paired with top Sovereign Estate wines in 5 courses. Hosted at our Marquette Pavilion with beautiful views of our vineyard and Lake Waconia.
These dinners will be pre-ticketed events and comprise of a set tasting menu paired with Sovereign Estate Wines. Each evening starts with a glass of the estate’s Cameo Rose Sparkling wine and continues with a tasting menu and flight of wines.

July 28th: Dinner in Venice
This 5 course Italian dinner celebrates the cuisine of the Veneto region of Italy, an area rich with culinary heritage.
The sea, the foothills of the Dolomite mountains and the exciting melting pot of Venice provide the inspiration for this rustic yet refined menu.
August 25th: Dinner in Paris
Stepping away from our usual Italian bias, this 5 course menu takes us on a trip to Paris. The food of France needs no introduction, and as a kitchen we bring our combined experience from working at Bellecour in Wayzata to this summer tasting menu at Gia.
Come and transport yourself to Paris and indulge for the evening.
