‘Primavera’ Wine Paired Dinners

Introducing Chef Jo Seddon presenting Italian Cuisine to compliment award winning wines of Winemaker, Ben Banks!

Our wine paired dinners are a unique way to experience regional and authentic cuisine that pairs perfectly with Sovereign Estate wines. Join us on Thursdays in the month of April, as we tour around Italy from North to South.

APRIL 7TH: NORTHERN ITALY

APRIL 14TH: TUSCANY

APRIL 21ST: SICILY

The evening will begin at 6:30pm with an appetizer and a glass of sparkling Cameo Rosé in our tasting room. This gives you a chance to enjoy the tasting room and mingle with other guests. We will then move to our Willow Room at 7:00pm for a 4 course seated dinner, accompanied by a tasting flight of Sovereign Estate Signature and Reserve wines. The night will end with a dessert and a pour of our port or sweet wine.

Tickets for this Springtime event are $125 per person plus tax

Guests must purchase a ticket to one of the 3 dates listed in April to reserve their spot.

Space is limited. Guests must be 21+ to attend.
