Paella by the winemaker
Winemaker Ben Banks will be preparing a seafood paella for a select number of guests at the winery on Sunday, Sept 25th with food being served at 3pm.
The paella is made with chicken, sausage, shrimp, mussels, and scallops. A vegetarian paella will be available for guests with food allergies.
Dinner comes with salad, bread, and a glass of wine.
